Summary of job description:

• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholder.
• Answering and forwarding incoming phone calls and messages.
• Managing the office diary. Received, sorted, and distributed daily posts.
• Performing other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, scanning and faxing.
• Arranging travel and accommodation for management and arranging the translation of documents.
• Taking initial details and information from customers. Produce letters, reports, forms and necessary paperwork using various Management Software.
• Arranging events and functions.
• Arranging, attending, and recording minutes of meetings.
• Manage executive schedules, including arranging appointments, meetings, and travel logistics.
• Conduct research and compile data.

Entry requirements:

• Two years experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Discretion and professionalism when dealing with confidential information.
• Multi-lingual: Besides fluency in English, candidates with other languages like Urdu, Punjabi, and Hindi will have a plus point.
