Accounts Manager

Salary: £44,700

Duties:

• Developing and manages client accounts to increase sales of the company’s security services and products.
• Taking responsibility for the efficient and effective operation of several business accounts, ensuring service delivery meets contractual obligations and customer expectations.
• Checking clients’ financial standing (through credit checks and reference agencies) before offering long-term security contracts or credit facilities.
• Establishing terms of service contracts and payment schedules, ensures timely invoicing and collection, renegotiates terms when required, and initiates recovery procedures in the event of non-payment.
• Carrying out and/or supervising general accounting, payroll, and administrative duties related to security staff scheduling, deployment, and contract management.

Skills, experience and qualifications required:

• Undergraduate or master’s degree or any relevant certification.
• 1-2 years’ experience in finance or accounts related areas.
• Excellent communication skills.
